(Rules include: facing front, looking at camera, mouth shut, no smile!!!)

I tried to contact the Disability Rights Commission about this but their website seems not to be working!

Margaret,

We just had s done a couple of months ago, sent it off and they said not good enough. Harald called them and explained that was autistic and that this was as good as it was gonna get (they looked fine to me by the way). Anyway they said fine, we will go ahead with these and that was it.

Good Luck Caroline

If you have a digital camera you could do your own phoographs. We did and cut them to size - passport photo booths didn't work for us either !

Hi Margaret.

A lady friend of ours who has actually been abroad on holiday, said her

photo showed here smiling a bit, and wasn't 100% face on either. So

between our friend and Mandi, you might stand a chance!

Miles.

Hi, we went to one of those travel

agents who do check and send. They said just do thebest you can with the

photo and they put a note in with the application to say the child was

autistic. Had no problem, came back within the week.

Thanks everyone. I was about to go to the Disability Rights Commission - there have been articles in the papers about rejection of applications.
