NOW, I DO NOT WEAR ANYTHING WHEN I DO WORKOUT AT THE GYM EVER...I AM ALWAYS WITHOUT SHOES OR TRAINERS...I JUST GOT MY SOCKS , NOTHING ELSE. EVERYTHING IS FINE FOR ME. I CAN WALK EVEN BETTER WITHOUT MY SHOES... WHEN I AM ON THE TREADMILL I CAN INCLINE THE MACHINE TO HILLS...IT IS JUST IF I AM WALKING UP HILLS..VERY GOOD TOO..AND I DO NOT FEAR TO FALL DOWN EVER. IN BRAZIL THE STREETS ARE VERY BAD, HOLES EVERYWHERE UNFORTUNATELY. SO I LOVE TO GO TO THE LOVELY SHOPPING CENTRES AND SPEND THE WHOLE DAY OUT THERE, I CAN WALK A LOT TOO...AND ENJOY MY TIME TOO..LOL ABOUT THE SEA, WELL, I NEED TO TRY TO WALK BACKWARDS, BUT I HAVE THE FEELING THAT I NEED TO TRY FIRST AT THE POOL AND SEE...HAHAHA..IN CASE I FALL...lol... I NEED TO FIND A VERY SOFT SHOES TO WEAR AT THE THE GYM... I HAVE SEEN A NIKE FREE TRAINERS..LOOKS GREAT BUT THE PROBLEM IS MY SIZE...I WILL TRY TO SEE IF I COULD MANAGE WITH ONE OF THOSE...IT IS REALLY GREAT NIKE FREE..SO LIGHT AND FLEXIBLE!
