, I am glad that my post had helped you in looking for more information.

I have been taking 3000 mg of time release Vitamin C twice a day with breakfast

and dinner. I find Costco has the largest bottles for the cheapest price.

I knew I would spell fasciculations wrong, I should have stuck with the worms in

my legs. Which I have again right now while I type but that is because I was

outside working in the yard all day and closing the pool. Man that was alot of

work and I am very tired now. Good thing my wife is picking up dinner tonight.

Anyways off topic again.

I have been taking Vit E twice a day and the dose is 400IE. It will take a few

months before they help so stick with it. I take all the vits with meals. Also

the Vit E helps the C get absorbed into the body

I have had the fasciculations in my legs for approx 10 years and prior to E they

drove me nuts. Up all night sometimes, with pain and cramps in my legs. I too

used to get muscle spasms all over my body, Chest, arms, stomach, the best one

would be my finger moving by it self. The finger part between the knuckle and

the end of my finger would move. Used to freak my wife out, I liked that part.

Anyways they too are almost gone and very infrequent anymore.

I have never tried any other vit's or drugs for my CMT. My family doctor thinks

I am nuts for stopping my puffers but I sure feel better. She has a hard time

believing that Vit C helps that much. My Neuro guy looked it up last year and

was very interested in how the C helps. I see him next month so I can't wait

for him to check me again.

Hope this all helps. Please continue to ask questions and I will be glad to

help as will many people here.
