Guest guest
Hello and Natasa Thanks for your replies. You are right, a decent doctor would want to see me before treating me but in my situation that seems to be impossible - it has been a problem throughout this illness (16 years of it) never being well enough to get anywhere for help. The Breakspear won't treat me without seeing me and I might have to think whether I could afford a home visit. I am in Devon and can hardly imagine what that might cost; more than I have got, no doubt. I shall contact the other practitioners that you mentioned, thanks. I am not sure if they are medical doctors which is what I need - actually, what I need is a miracle-worker. The diet, BTW, is hard work at the moment but getting easier and I plan to stick it out for at least 3 months and see if it helps. I had forgotten what is like to cook with real jellied stock and am enjoying the results (if not the prep and clearing up -I'd love a scullery maid!). Thanks for your help Best wishes
