I just found an interesting butter at a large market...

" Vermont Cultured Butter 'in the European Style' " .

I called the company and the milk is BGH-free. They

culture the cream before they make butter with the

same culture they use for their creme fraiche.

The butter is awesomely good...about the best I've ever

tasted.

An 8 oz package was about three bucks.

(No, it's NOT from raw milk.)
