Guest guest
Question for Saul: Interesting background on this one...here's the website for others interested in learning about this unusual field. http://crch.rbsocc.org/chiropathy.html Who exactly extends licensure? Medical Boards? What type of licensure is it? I wasn't aware that a State could " license " a religious center except as a general business license? I sounds interesting...I wonder what the status would be for other states like Calif.? Do you have to become RomanoGreek Orothodox? Guest guest
Dear Dr. Bormann, The Romano Byzantine Synod is an arm of the Eastern Orthodox Church, which has 300,000,000 members world wide. They have been intervening on behalf of holistic practitoners since 1959, and set up their present Commission on Religious Counseling and Healing in 1988. It is the Commission that extends licensure. They provide canon lawyers to defend practitoners under their omniphor (protection) against state actions that would shut down the healers. They offer challenge degrees through the Romano Byzantine College, which is how I got my degree. They are in the process of enacting a canonical decree on the protected use of ozone hyperthermia, which should receive final approval in August at the Synod of Bishops. It reads: " Canonical Decree of the Romano Byzantine Metropolitanate & Synod: The Theocentric Administration of ozone Hyperthermia: For balance and Therapy of God's Body-Temples and for the asisted welness and healing of them. Decree of the Romano Byzantine Synod of Bishops, and the Western regional Tribunal, on the Theocentric Philosophy and Practice of Ozone Hyperthermia in The Commission on Religious Counseling and Healing. Issued by the Syro-Russian Orthodox Catholic Metropolitanate, in collaboration with the The Commission on Religious Counseling and Healing, and under the Canonical Jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of the Americas on April 27th, A.D. 2001. " With this decree, the full support of the church is behind the therapy of ozone hyperthermia, and will defend in court any practitioner who is attacked by the authorities, as long as that practitioner has followed the guidelines as laid out in the Commission's literature. They cover all of the US, Canada, the ines and other countries are pending. They accept all persons, whatever religion, and ask only that you believe in God and the rule of law. Best of Health!
