Dr McCandless wants me to put J on it every other weekend on 8 hourly dose but just wanted to check whether anyone was using or knew the recommended dose for a 65lb child? Also we need to put him on a course of vancomycin for 10 days and wondered whether anyone knew of any online pharmacies that do this, other wise I'll need to get it in from Coastal at huge cost no doubt!!! x Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
