Sometimes I find it just takes finding a doctor (or for that matter a

trainer at the gym or a nutritionist, or anyone you interact with) who is

interested in learning more and who has an innate curiosity and sense of good.

Give them the knowledge, a pamphlet or a summary. Point them to a website.

Capitalise on the curiosity and the fact that there ARE people out there that

love new things and challenges and puzzles. Find that person, then stick with

them. If they aren't an expert, make them an expert. They may find a network

with other doctors that gives them more professional fulfilment than that they

have with their HMO affiliation. They may find that your sense of humour and

positivity win them over. And then they pick up the literature, look things up,

and then they help you, and together you have both helped the next person they

see in a similar situation.

One step at a time can really change the world!

All the best from a still raining London,

Donna
