Guest guest
Dear Jim, or Saul, who ever has the lights for purchase. I would like to buy a light for my RSD patients, ( who do very well because RSD is a Neurological Disorder of the brain, however it does manifest itself in pain with in the body, Sometimes progressing to bone death, In the case of RSD, there are few if any pain relieves which help at all, Even blocks are short lived, However while the HBOT is working on the RSD,neurological aspect the patient sometimes remains in pain, great pain, PLEASE let me know about the light and cost, I will send you a check today, Of course rest assured I never charge people for the use of the CHI machine, the Infarred sauna, The concentrators, the rife machine, or anything else while being treated by Dr Underwood nor myself, so this comes as a sincere effort to help people. I look forward to hearing from you Re: [Oxyplus_OffTopic] full spectrum light questions Sharon & , Ott is good, but I don't personally believe he is as informative as Liberman in Light: Healing of the Future, or even Darius Dinshah's Let There Be Light. All of the Ott work I have seen deals with bright light for SAD & " full-spectrum " bulbs. But, since his products use flourescents I can't have much faith in him, since all flourescents, even full-spectrum grow bulbs, have Fraunhoffer lines, which are spikes of energy in a coupla frequencies. These spikes of energy cause part of the harm flourescents do, because, as with certain nutrients like aminos or B-vitamins, getting too much of one frequency imbalances others. (Specific frequencies and their harmonics can give brain centers like the pineal, pituitary & hypothalamus physiological instructions of which we are unaware.) And, since the whole idea of full-spectrum light is to mimic the Sun's balance, flourescents can never qualify, and I tend to doubt anyone who pushes them. The first book I read on light was Ott's work, but I found it limited once I read more broadly. A study of these things should probably include Dr. O. Becker's (Not Bob Beck) Cross Currents, as he was, IMO, the most reliable source we had for the truth about the dangers of electrical & EM radiation, and what to do about it. The other danger from flourescents is the x-rays that emit from the connectors on each end of the bulb. 3M sells a lead foil tape on a roll you can use to cover the end connectors and reduce these emissions. Darius Dinshah, in furthering his father's work, maintains an organization to perpetuate it. The elder Dinshah developed a healing art using color. It is a subtle energy therapy that some swear by and others find useless, as with many things. But regardless of what one feels about this therapy, Darius Dinshah is a man highly educated in not only light frequencies, but artificial light sources as well, and their effects on humans. It took him about 3 long conversations over months to convince me that of all the artificial light sources, a plain incandescent is still the best balanced for humans, because it's frequencies haven't been fiddled with & altered, as happens with most other types of light source. People with SAD tendencies will get relief from a bright light, regardless if it is a balanced one. I would like to call Darius back and see what he thinks about metal halide & enhanced sodium bulbs used in soilless hydroponic agriculture. The newer bulbs I have been reading about have better balanced spectrums, and the method of creating light is by vaporizing certain metals. Blending these metals gives a better balance than one metal alone. And, like the incandescent's glowing metal, it should be a healthier source of light, I would think. The two that interest me most is a metal halide bulb at 5000 degrees Kelvin. That is as close to the white light of the Sun as can be made. And, the Hortilux Sodium EN, or enhanced sodium bulb, with added green & blue light, to augment the sodium's red & achieve a better balance. To answer some of 's other questions, IMO most companies selling full-spectrum lights are more sales hype than dependable source of information. Each one will tell you why theirs is best. But, they all have strengths & weaknesses. I don't believe any of them are worth their high prices, because none of them is full-spectrum They are as full-spectrum as can be made, which is not the same thing. One can fool one's mind, but not one's body. If I were going to use a bright bulb for prevention of SAD, I would use the smallest metal halide in 5K Kelvin, say a 250 or 400 watt size. That will be almost as bright as the Sun. Or, do what I do, sit outside for 1-2 hours almost daily -- as my body was designed to, lounging & looking around, enjoying the peace in the wooded mountains where I live. Because, after studying this subject for quite some time, I am convinced the only light we can call healthy is the Sun. It doesn't have to all be directly on us. Dr. Liberman says sitting in open shade also gets us the critical UV we need to maintain " reproductive vigor, " IMO the best indicator of overall health. When people say they don't have the time to waste like I do, I point out that I am not wasting my time, they are. ;-)) For other portions of the Sun's spectrum that are critical to health, the far infra-red (FIR) spectrum is much more important to health & freedom from body aches than is any so-called full-spectrum lamp. I even wonder if it would help SAD. I think it would! This is not a light. It is an EM emitting device. A FIR lamp can be had for $235/$700-1000, depending which of 2 models you buy. I have the cheaper one, the TDP lamp, and it is one of the greater miracle creations ever devised by the mind of mankind. Spend the money on a TDP lamp before you do on a so-called full-spectrum lamp for preventative maintenance & natural healing. You will be glad you did. FIR is known to trigger 22 cellular responses, including immune & cell repair. For one thing, it will eliminate or improve virtually every body ache you can throw at it. It has made a 20 year old ache in my 82 year old mother's leg go away -- in 2 treatments. It has helped her varicose veins improve 75%, so far. She uses it every day. A waitress with terrible phlebitis was relieved of all pain after one treatment. It took the pain & restricted movement from my friend's herneated lumbar discs, in about ten treatments. When I do it over my liver I get the same cleansing rash I get from ozone. It made my friend's RSD pain improve 50% in one treatment & disappear for a day after two. In short, everyone who has tried my FIR lamp has had all of their different body aches improved by it. The cheap one. I try it for everything now. Now that I have a Saunazone, my next dream machine is a FIR sauna! When I get back to Texas, I intend to open a little storefront making all these things available for a healthy, energizing experience! ;-)) jim Sharon wrote: > > Hi , > > I was hoping someone more knowledgeable that I would respond! Guest guest
, Ed at www.cerebrex.com/tdplamps.html has both lamps. The TDP is the first generation & sells for $235. The multi-frequency is the second generation FIR lamp, and costs $700-1000, but the floor base is necessary, so the $1000 price is the reality. Without a good base, the lamp would be difficult & limited. Ed can be reached at arcangel@... Guest guest
Is it like a rife generator light? if so, I have one with a PC and different programs??? Just wondering if it is the same thing or not, this is called a Bio-generator, it has a light long light on a base, then you through the computer that is included, impute the frequencies that are needed for diseases, there is a book of these codes, however it comes pre programmed with general health, Cancers etc.. I just do not want to repeat what I already have, This unit cost 7000, of course I do not charge for the use of it. Guest guest
, No, this is not like any of the computer-based devices. This is based on natural phenomena. There is a place in China where people have gone for healing for millennia. They have natural mud that really does help. It was found that the healing element is the 22 rare earths in the mud that, when bombarded with infra-red from the Sun, emit far infra-red. Many years ago Chinese scientists were tasked with the invention of something that would help the most physical conditions that was safe, effective, inexpensive & therefore available to the most people. This is what they came up with. These rare earths are in a coating on the faceplate of the TDP lamp. There is a hotplate behind it. WHen the hotplate is heated cherry red it emits infra-red, IR, the portion of near infra-red that we can see with our eyes. Being bombarded with near infra-red, the rare earths in the faceplate radiate far infra-red, FIR, well into the EM range, just short of microwaves. FIR is not only emitted by the Sun, our cells manufacture it. When we are young, they produce a lot & we are healthy. When we get sick or old they produce less and we need to augment our own. We can do this by sunbathing, or now with one of these lamps. In my experience, we take a charge of FIR like a battery. I find that a 1 hour treatment is more effective than several 1/2 hour sessions. Frequent use makes some stubborn conditions disappear. FIR is what makes you feel warm & fuzzy to-the-bone when sunbathing, and the lamp makes you feel that in 7-10 minutes. This is a new technology that we all need to embrace into our lives for greater freedom from many minore and several major conditions. The second generation FIR lamp, the multi-frequency lamp, uses a different phenomena involving frequency generation to trigger emission. It is more powerful and has effect on a greater number of disorders. And, it has to be understood, this is not some new thing on the market. This technology has been in China and the Orient for decades. There is an immense body of clinical experience with FIR. There are many applications for the FIR emitting rare earths. They have been mixed with paint & silk-screened onto fabric clothing like underwear, sheets, pillowcases, socks, sauna materials, etc. For people who don't get the SSSun exposure they should, this is the only alternative. In short, if you don't have FIR, you don't have this. jim Rapid Recovery Hyperbarics wrote: > > Is it like a rife generator light? if so, I have one with a PC and different > programs??? Guest guest
So is it like My Infarred sauna? Re: Re: [Oxyplus_OffTopic] full spectrum light questions , No, this is not like any of the computer-based devices. Guest guest
, I don't know. Is your sauna infra-red, or far infra-red? ;-)) There is in order, visible light, near infra-red, middle infra-red, far infra-red, microwave. In most circumstances, when someone says infra-red, they mean near infra-red, which is partially visible & there are bulbs at food-service counters to keep food warm. That isn't remotely the same. If your sauna is far infra-red, its literature should say so somewhere. jim Rapid Recovery Hyperbarics wrote: > > So is it like My Infarred sauna? > ----- The TRUTH in 11 words: Inside every older person is a younger person wondering what happened! -- anon jlambert@... http://www.entrance.to/madscience http://www.entrance.to/poetry
Guest guest
Type error IT seems to be the same thing, However I will pick on of these up as well Thank you Re: Re: [Oxyplus_OffTopic] full spectrum light questions , I don't know.
