Guest guest
She most likely has got low hormones (thyroid conversion problems, no progesterone, estrogen dominance) as well as a chronic infection which affects things. She probably also doesn't exercize much so is oxygen-starved. If her diet isn't good that also contributes...there are tons of things which can cause such stuff including flouride poisioning... Just some thoughts. She should be evaluated by someone in Integrated/antiaging medicine for the best care. Guest guest
Dear Donna, Yes, Omega 3s are what the kidneys want. If they don't get it, they secrete too much renin, which cause the adrenals to secrete too much angiotensin, which causes the blood vessels to narrow, driving up blood pressure. Best of Health! Guest guest
Dear Obie, That is the great thing about taking good food versus taking a drug that blocks some natural body function. Flax oil is a food, and you can't overdose on it. If you do, you get the runs and the system self-corrects. The kidneys, when supplied with the proper amount of Omega 3s will produce the proper amount of renin. If you supply more Omega 3s, you will not upset their balance, they will just not use the extra, and it will pass on to the next user. The brain is mostly EFAs, so it will get lots. Food wins out over drugs every time. Make food your medicine. Best of Health!
