Magistrate Judge's remand with instructions for payment because the medical evidence establishes that the plaintiff's Charcot-Marie- Tooth disease meets the Listings for peripheral neuropathy. In the alternative, the court found that the Commissioner did not meet her burden in showing that the plaintiff could perform sedentary work and that there were jobs available in the national economy that the plaintiff could perform.
