Hello

she is amazing isn't she? She is now anxious to be the victim of an enormous lobbying group who wishes to silence debate. I don't have a problem with debate - i have a problem with crappy, sensationalist, biggoted journalism. If she had written the article that she is implying she wrote I would have less of a problem. Questioning how an ASD diagnosis may have grown to encompass other related conditions over the last twenty years is journalism. Saying that autism is often bad parents trying to scrounge DLA is not. Her article was the latter.

Nice to know lots of people can create uproar though isn't it ? Half inclined to storm the national lottery next ........!

Best wishes

Still it is keeping this in the publics eye and saying that its not bad behaviour and that life is tough etc etc. I am afraid she

kinda misses the point about Aspergers mind you so a few folks are gonna be mighty more upset than last week... Have a read Caroline xxx

Hi Sara

Lord no !

I just think now that she is a coward as well as a fool. She is wriggling to try and re-present what she said but still manages to be offensive and bullying just like last time. I was just observing that she is very like the three year olds at Madeleines nursery who get caught hitting or fibbing - it was never them. She seems to be saying that it wasn't that she was offensive but that we are trying to deliberately misinterpret her comments to curb press freedom.

Am I the only one who

thinks Kate Grant’s reply is as bad as her original article?

Well I notice she vented her spleen twice as much this week. Nice to

have an editor who allows you to print such rubbish!! I hope we are

all going to respond to this article as well. Very scary, do her

opinions represent a large majority?

I think it's worse. And given another platform for her vitriol.

Thought India Knight's piece was interesting - possibly encouraging.
