Guest guest
Oh Margaret. I do feel sorry for you. If it's any consolation to you, I bet my 16 year old son is worse that your son. We have never even tried to get him top attend any school full time! Miles. Margaret wrote: > We are due to see in July for an initial consult (thankyou, > Joanne). Guest guest
Hi Margaret Good luck with hope the dh will be more enthusistic when he see the test results that will undoubtable work from. Rolling play-doh is not exactly a useful skill in life, so if H can't do it so what! Hope you can find a good school soon, that will make a huge difference. Its really hard when a whole load of stuff hits you at once, have a glass of wine or two tonight and drown your sorrows! Guest guest
Hi Margaret, We have been to Tribunal and won(Oct 05). We have also had some good stuff happen recently because of Enzymes and Homeopathy, and we also have had dark days...especially when dealing with ed psyches and the like. Keep your head up and keep trying and if you need to talk we are here. Best regards Bernard(Coffeeman) SIMON WOOD <simon_tinawood@...> wrote: Hi Margaret Good luck with hope the dh will be more enthusistic when he see the test results that will undoubtable work from. Guest guest
I'm so sorry Margaret. Have you considered moving to an area whre provision is better? I know that sounds like huuuge hassle, expense and so on (because it is) but he only has the one childhood and there is nothing more stressful than knowing that your child is not being educated properly. Worth looking into short term super stress for longer term reduced stress and opportunities. Tom can't roll playdoh very well and he's seven. He loves to eat it! And he's at a great autistic specialist school. It helps us enormously to know that even if his development pattern is two steps foreward one sideways and one back he's in good hands. I find it confusing when parents won't try gf/cf as if these are absolutely irreplaceable nutrients in our bodies. Truth is you could go gf on many products now without anyone even noticing. And I'm sure partial gf or SCD is better than nothing as I know how sluggish I feel after bread and how much better on SCD- type foods. Tina's right - put your feet up, take care of yourself and know that it can get better Steph x > > We are due to see in July for an initial consult (thankyou, Joanne).
