Just wondering if this pain/chest tightness could be stress related of some sort and perhaps causing a muscle to cramp? Does the albuterol help at all? I used that stuff about a week last month for a cough and it had wicked (bad) effects on me - like it was an amphetatmine type rush - I had to time when I could take it - LOL, at least I could get alot done with all that energy.
