I think (correct me if wrong) that goats milk has a lower cassein leval than

cows milk but it is still there. I also give my son who is on GF/CF diet

rice milk - luckily he loves it.

Do you have any recommendations where I can get GF/CF small choclate bars

for him - also the best cheese products -

Thanks -

It's there, but in a different and easily digested form compared to nasty cow's milk. I had dairy goats for over 17 years ... all my kids were raised on it (and we're all extremely lactose intolerant).

Even calves grow better on goat's milk!

Hi,

I'm not sure about goat milk but if you find that it's not another good

alternative is SoyMilk(SoySilk Milk) which most grocery stores carry in the milk

section so unlike the rice milk it would be in the refrigerated section. My son

did rice milk now we both drink soy milk because we're both intolerant of milk.

Goat milk may be better tolerated than cow's milk, but it is not CF. There are sites on line that list what does and does not contain casein. I had a book that listed all items containing casein. Believe it or not, even vanilla contains casein. If you are truly going to try a CF diet it should be 100%, or you will not know if it really works for your child.
