Hello ,

I'm so sorry you are going through this tough time. You are in my prayers. I

know what works for one, may not work for another, but this is what helped me

and maybe something will resonate with you.

When I first went through my divorce I ate at every drive- thru restaurant

because I was to tired and depressed to cook, I drank a lot of carbonated

drinks, and didn't exercise. All day I would try to figure out what went wrong

and how could I of changed it. Well the emotional upset caused my physical body

to become more sick in which then my emotional being would then get worse and so

on. What a awful cycle!

Anyway, a friend had me watch the movie, " Super Size " and I saw how my eating

habits were causing part of my depression. I cut out all fast foods and

carbonated drinks and started drinking protein and green drinks. I try to eat

meat that is free range and just make better choices on my eating habits.

Once in awhile I do eat bad...I pay for it.... and then move forward again ;-).

I also take cod liver oil (there is one that taste good ;-) anyway it's helps

with depression. I also came to believe that what I do and say is all about who

I am, and what my ex did and said was all about him.

I believe we all have our good and bad in us (some more than others) and I

decided I wanted to focus on the good in my ex because it just made me feel

better. After I did this I started feeling better physically and emotionally to

where I had the energy to exercise again.

I'm praying for you ...I know some of your pain and it hurts!

Kay
