They are as follows: K concentration 12.3 mEq/L and K excretion was 27 mEq/24 hrs (25-125). I still don't have the plasma free metanephrines back yet. Again my Na concentration was 34 mEq/L and Na excretion was 74 mEq/24 hrs. So in your opinion is PA a possibility?
