Guest guest
Dear Margret, Hi there from your pal across the big pond in Texas! I was just wondering if you have ever heard of a drink called Tahitian Noni Juice? I hear it is medicinal like the KT only prices are way higher. I was wondering if you or anyone on the list has heard of it or has tried it? I know some are going to tell me ha,ha....join the Noni list, but I am serious! I am going to move this week to my new home in a new city in Texas and there, I am going to practice yoga and relaxation teqniques as well as do some exorcising and KT. If the NONI juice is as good as KT and someone has tried it, I'd like to try too! Please, Yall let me know if you know anything on it, " k? " Thanks! Guest guest
I tried it and it tasted really good. So good, in fact, I drank the bottle in less than a week and it was supposed to last a month! Says to take a tablespoon or so a day and I think I was working on ounces instead!! Didn't make a difference one way or another, just another MLM scam to take your money. Stick with the original - kombucha!! Shari

I noticed improvement and felt great from it. Due to circumstances, that time period was short lived. A few months only. Later, I built up to drinking about the same amount of Noni, the very best, very, very expensive for a much longer time period. $1000s. Bought by the case and drunk by the case. NOTHING.............Back to Kombucha for me! I wouldn't waste $.10 on Noni juice ever again. Best wishes.
Guest guest
Maybe you are expecting too much of the juice. Not all health drinks have to be wonderful and do something miraculous. Some can just taste good and be good for you in a quiet healthy kind of way. Why not just enjoy it?! You can still drink the Ktea to get all the detoxing and amazing health improving effects you want. Not everything has to " DO " something to be of value. Hi Roy, I have tried Noni Juice. It is expensive. I did not notice any benefit from drinking it. I would stick to Kombucha. Then again I am not trying to exorcise any demons. LOL for the spelling. I have never heard of anybody paying that much just for a drink of juice. Well, maybe some people can, but I sure can't afford it. Best wishes. Guest guest
Hi Roy, I've gotten bottles of it on several occasions. I like it, it's good, but for me the KT is way better and so much less expensive! And, it's not shipped around the world. I like that the KT comes from my kitchen. Because it's affordable and I feel very positive about it, I've been able to keep up my commitment to it, unlike some other things which have included the noni juice. I can't say what health effects I might have seen if I had continued noni long term, but i can testify to what I've experienced with the KT. --V vbaker@... -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
" Its so funny that I still havent heard kombucha on the news and yet Noni juice has made it. " That's because there's no money in kombucha! We can grow it ourselves. And if you lived where noni grows you could do that yourself too. I know there are folks out there selling kombucha in bottles, but it is more expensive than noni and doesn't grow on a tree so folks think it's not as good. It's all about the $$$. Guest guest
Hi Roy... Glad to be of help. Just today I bought a bottle of Pomegranate juice concentrate. I've always loved pomegranate juice and it's now known to have strong antioxidant powers. I bought it today because I like it in my smoothies, and because I know it is doing good things for me (it's always been a good blood sugar regulator for me). So, I guess what I'm saying, people don't need to forsake all other health ideas and love only KT, because we still eat/drink other things and need to make good choices all the way around. Just felt I needed to say that. But KT is extra special and extra powerful because it is so democratic-- it's cheaply available to all to make and to live with and to improve their lives dramatically. --V vbaker@... -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
Annie-- pomegranate juice is made out of pomegranates, a fruit that is a leathery outer shell filled with separate little pearls of juice and a seed, plus some thin leathery membranes. Only the juice is edible, most people spit out the seeds. It is what Persephone ate in Hades in the Greek myth. --V At 10:36 AM 9/30/2005 +0200, you wrote: >can anyone help me out on this What is Pomegranate juice, like what is it >made out. >annie vbaker@... -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
Oh, according to ancient greek mythology (religion), i believe it was Persephone who was offered some pomagranite pieces by Hades, and for every section she took, we recieve one month of winter. If'n i remember correctly, for every piece she took, she had to enter Hades for a month, hence our winter-time....pomagranite, the fruit from Hell, i suppose, however, we like them. blessings mark Re: OT Tahitian Noni Juice > hi annie > > check this out: > http://www.crfg.org/pubs/ff/pomegranate.html > >> >> > Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. > > Version: 7.0.344 / Virus Database: 267.11.9/115 - Release Date: > 9/29/2005 > > > > > > > > > > > >

However the fruit was not from Hell. The fruit was from Earth, which is why she had to stay. When her daughter was taken by Hades into the Underworld, Demeter warned Persephone to eat nothing, lest she be compelled to stay forever. Hades tricked Persephone into eating 6 seeds of a pomegranate, and Demeter negotiated with Hades to get Persephone back on Earth for 6 months, with then 6 months' winter. Pomegranates have never been reviled because of this, as it wasn't their fault. --V vbaker@... -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
