Have you being doing weights for a long time? How old are you now?

I am 51 and started this year, can you believe it? Never mind, better now then

never ...lol Please, feel free to email me any time. You also inspired me a

lot! I feel that slowly my legs are getting stronger, but I still strugle with

balance! Take Care of yourself Tom.
