Blocked sinus's, try saline warmed, or with a irrigation machine head down

over the sink, warmed liquids drank, warm packs on sinus's, BUT if that does

not work with in a very short period of time, go to the MDS and have him

look into the ear, trapped water can become infection, Swimmers ear is a

fungus infection both need medicine, Do not mess with a ear infection. Go to

the doctors

sinuses, ears, diving

Recently there was some discussion of clearing the ears and sinuses and

someone (a diver) posted how to do it using salt water. I thought I'd saved

the post but it's missing and I can't access the archives. Now I'm suddenly

having inexplicable ear pain. Could you re-post please? I tried using

lightly salted water (1/2 tsp to 1/2 cup water) and inhaling it--I

remembered something like that. And the passages did seem to open up, but

nothing came out, and I think you said to expect some discharge. Thanks.

Also, would anyone know whether Homozon use would affect the ears? I

haven't changed anything whatsoever in my daily routine except for adding

Homozon (and getting a lot of cleansing from that). Can't figure this out.

Peggy, I am thinking maybe you're just detoxing?

Ear infections 4 drops H2O2 in each ear . Let sit for 3 - 5 min. Do 3 to 5

x per day. Also gargle after you brush your teeth with H2O2, do not

swallow.
