Guest guest
Suzanne, others interested in yoga: A good teacher will tell you that cramping is a result of pushing it too hard - going into things too fast, and making your muscles flex too quickly. My teacher tells me to go into poses slower, as I especially was getting diaphragm cramping. This has really worked magic - I go slow, and actually I get the true forms in a deeper way, without seeming to do as fast as my friends, but definitely I do them " better " - more in alignment, what my body can handle, etc. The purpose of yoga anyway is to do it at your pace, and learn from your own body while doing it. Have a good week! Donna from London
