Those who can't find raw dairy products: http:/www.realmilk.com.

If they aren't availabe near you, then order from the various providers.

Thanks for the replies - having been so long on the diet I am pretty nervous to

use dairy etc again but I really feel the diet has got me in a strangle-hold !

It's so difficult to eat anywhere other than home and I feel that it's now

restricting even further my daughters social opportunities.

Can I admit my ignorance about goats cheese and ask if you can cook with it as

you would cows cheese ? I don't want to use much just a sprinkle of cheese on

top of a gluten free pizza or lasagne.

Thanks for your help.

The hard goats cheeses are used just like normal cheddar.. they taste more like normal cheese too.. The soft goats cheese are very strong in flavour.. and smell.!!

We have found that eating out is heaps easier now.. most restaurants offer vegan food.. and gluten free .. and our friends are good. they are used to us arriving with our own meals on wheels for Tash..
