I go to a yoga studio which the atmoshere is so calm and perfect for me, nobody looks what poses you are doing, we just accept our body the way it is. I get those muscles cramps myself but I just stretch/relax my leg until it passes and I continue with yoga. They are few classes I do which I take my AFO braces off and practice without them and I love it. It took me though so long to accept and do what I do now, maybe is because I'm older and I see people worse than me and I thank God every day I can walk.
