Guest guest
I don't know what type of oil you were after but Boots sell EyeQ (in store or on-line) and Tesco sell Qarma, the sister evening primrose oil product. Does anyone use Morepa, and what do you think of it? Margaret Re: Nutricentre Sadly not outside London. Cod liver oil you can get but not fish oil, well not in Nottingham anyway. However, I have persuaded him to start eating sardines in tomato sauce. Guest guest
Hello, I use nutricentre irregularly, have ordered by phone always and usually found that goods arrived eventually. One tip though....bought something in november 2005, went to open it in jan 2006 but found that expiry date was mar 2005. was in London in jan and initially was refused refund due to over 30 days but when I complained re out of date stock, trading standards etc then I got my refund. My tips are......... If possible order by phone ..File orders and track delivery ..Check expiry dates on items. What you dont want is nurticentre offloading nearly out of date stock on our kids particulary Liquids as the longer there are in bottles the more chance of rancidity (sp?) ..Check that Nectar card is registered with them. I used to buy tined fish but put off by the tinning process and metal contact with fish so only use NN with son. Very rarely buy tinned pilchards (high in omega 3)but find it a struggle shopping as the more knowledgable you get about food, it seems like 98% of Asda's, Sainsburys etc food (excluding dry produce) is fancy packaging. If I want fish oils as in EPA/DHA I use Eye Q for my NT's and usually Coromega for Sam coz it much easier o get into him and he can tolerate the Orange Flavour in that though some kids can't. I buy respected 'clean' brands coz I don't want to be putting Hg, PCB's and organophospahtes into my toxic kid and I want no added palmitate A which cheaper brands add to CLO. Well thats my story, not sure about the others Mandi x

NN CLO is Omega 3 with Vitamisn A & D Eye Q is Omega 3 with higher EPA then DHA and has a little GLA (Evening Primrose) for balance. I prefer than Eye Q has the balancing GLA in it if 1 was just looking for fish oils. I found a sample of Kirkman Lemon Lime CLO in the frdge this morning and gave him that and he took with no trouble, not sure of the price comparison there but at least it gives me other options Mandi x
