Guest guest
, It has helped me with pain, balance and strength. I had my hand strength tested over a year ago. I tested 5 on my right hand and 2 on my left. 2 week ago I was tested again. I was 7 on each hand. It is still very exciting for me to think that I actually got stronger. I take about 7 vitamins a night. Time release 1,000 milligrams each. I buy GNC brand from drugstore.com... I am not getting as cold as I used to. This winter I will keep better track and see how much warmer I actually stay. You can go back into the files and archives to read more about how vitamin C is working for others. Guest guest
Hi Joyce, I take them at night or evening when ever I remember. It doesn't seem to matter with food or not. I don't feel sick one way or the other. I did try the non-time release. They only stay in your body for 4 hours and you pee most of that time. Guest guest
, You are taking how many Vit c's? And only in the evening. Do you take it with a meal? Can you take it without food? Did you try the other - not time release? Was there a difference? Joyce
