Guest guest
, Hi, welcome if I never said that before. As for Vitamin C, go to our Files, where most of the info is. Then take some time, go back to messages in our archives (beginning April 2004) and read forward; you will find some doseages that others have taken; I recall most of the men were on about 8,000 mg a day of C. As for me, I haven't tried C. But, I have been taking Vitamin E, 1000 IU for about 9 years now, one a day in the morning. In 2002 I also started the tablet form of Blackstrap Molasses (both the E and BM were physician recommended). Now the BM tablet manufacturer has discontinued making the tablets, so I now take the liquid (unsulphured) once a day, a tablespoon full. The E and Blackstrap Molasses is a good combination for me. As for energy healings - Sedona was real popular in this about 10 years ago - I'm not sure it still is or not, but might be worth the drive to check things out. Second to that, I'd suggest Santa Fe, New Mexico - that is where Larry Dossey, MD is, he has written many books on the medicine and alternative therapies, including healing, prayer, etc. You might want to read some of his research. ~ Gretchen
