First I thought that the mercury caused the problems that allowed other toxic metals in but I don't believe now that this is the case. Would our lead kids have been autistic without the mercury ie are they not able to detox themselves? Where does all this lead come from? And does lead get into the brain? Are lead kids a lot harder to improve/ recover? >>>If they have this genetic fragility, impaired detoxification due to poor production and recycling of Glutathione then the body isn't going to be fussy about what metals on retains. Lead is abundant in our enviroment. Sam had bad pica, always eating soil and stuff when he was younger - but then, was that because he was Mercury toxic, had deranged mineral transport and was therefore hunting minerals from the soil OR was it part of the chicken not the egg. I often disppear up my own proverbial thinking these things through but at the end of the day, heavy metals is heavy metals, we have to reduce that load and give their poor little bodies a chance Mandi x

Guest guest
I think no-one really knows why. In my case I think he got the lead from the lifetime store in my bones. Margaret The question of lead again Hi I'm trying to get my head around why a lot of kids have high lead (not very succesfully). First I thought that the mercury caused the problems that allowed other toxic metals in but I don't believe now that this is the case. Would our lead kids have been autistic without the mercury ie are they not able to detox themselves? Where does all this lead come from? And does lead get into the brain? Are lead kids a lot harder to improve/ recover?Any answers would be helpful - thanksPeta__________ NOD32 1.1466 (20060331) Information __________This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system.http://www.eset.com

Sam was off the page and down the street on his very first hair test. He dumps Lead on output testing, I manipulated timing of his RBC mins and got him at 3 x max level of Lead on a blood test too. Waiting on results of RBC mins again now, the last one was a year ago. Mandi x

I am interested to know when in relation to a chelation round the blood was taken. Guest guest
Not during a round, but can't remeber exactly when. Do intend to check with the lead sticks as I seem to recall blood lead high prior to even startign chelation. When I asked Dr Mc about it recently she said it would be in the blood when chelating as its being drawn out of the bones into the tissues etc..
