Is there a link between people with White Coat Hypertension and PA ?

I've noticed that since I've been placed on Aldactone I don't have the

pronounced flunctuations in my blood pressure measurements that I use to have

when I go to the Doctor.

Could the White Coat Hypertension be a result of the increase in Aldastorone due

to an increase in stress that some patient have at the Doctor's office?
