Hi Donna,

BRAVO to you! I wish you all the best on the walk tomorrow. One thing

stood out in your post - at the first chance you get to get your

orthotics re-checked, please do. If 'something' is not 'quite right'

some simple/perhaps small adjustments can be made. This is what I have

done in the past - while I didn't walk for charity, I did for exercise,

and believe me with all that walking, I learned to tell when

something 'isn't quite right' and I'd get an appointment with my

orthotist - asap. Sometimes all I needed was a small addition to the

heel, or metatarsal support, etc. These orthotics of ours need to be

perfect, or our feet will cry! (just how I look at it!)

Good luck on all your walking. I'm happy to hear you'll donate to the

Neurology Research Foundation.

Way to Go ! What a wonderful thing to do ,helping others without worrying about

the effects you may encounter for many days after.You should be proud of your

achievements -I am. Congratulations on obtaining your goal ! Good luck tomorrow

,you will be in my thoughts.
