Guest guest
The only time I experience numbness is when I stand in one place for any length of time - like a long wait at the market, at a party talking to someone, or long time ago when I worked in sales. The part of me that goes numb is my feet. That is it. This has happened ever since I was a kid too. So, I have learned how to manage this, deal with it, and get around it: keep moving, in lines, lift one foot up and down at a time, or do calve stretches, at parties, circulate and talk to everyone, or sit and talk to one person at a time. It really isn't a problem for me, but if I don't pay attention to my numb feet, the next step I take while they are numb can cause me to fall - so believe me, this is another example of why I listen to my body. ~ Gretchen
