Guest guest
I don't have the expensive kind, mine is just a little juice man junior, good enough for now maybe later if I can afford it I will get a better one, for now I think that this is good, at least for me. I know Patty did a lot of research on juicers and has the name of a site to buy juicers that are slightly used but are really expensive ones that if you were to buy one brand new it would really break the bank. Please let me know. I am going to buy one and my sister is as well. Thanks, Ang ----- Original Message ----- From: Heer Sent: Thursday, February 07, 2002 3:21 PM Subject: Today Hi everyone, well this morning I am doing much better, think I had a touch of the flu or something, but the rest has been good. This morning I spent some time juicing, I think that this helped allot too, I did about 6 oranges, 2 large grapefruits, then I did 10 carrots and a big bunch of parsley, did you guys know that parsley is an awesome veggie to juice. I also want to remind everyone of the fact that this is one of the best ways to heal, so don't forget to look into investing in a juicer, it is one of the best things I did. I also am eating the raw garlic, esp now that hubby is away I can stink if I want to ya know ha ha. I am also lowering my pain pills so that I am only taking 2-4 a day, this is a good thing, I will be doing some enemas and some ceffee enemas too, so that I can get the stuff out of my system Don't forget that there is some great stuff in the files section on detoxing, juicing and ememas that Patty posted for us and that these are still the best way to get nutrients we need and to also clean out all the toxins we may still be full of in our systems due to implants and whatever else they left behind. And the final thing I want to say is the garlic is a great way to kill bacteria and viruss in our systems, so get some and cut it up and make a little sandwhich out of it, it is strong but it really will help clear out the junk in our systems. I made a whole wheat bread and feta cheese garlic sandwich and it was pretty yummy, the feta is strong so it helps take the edge of the garlic. Ahyhow, just wanted to tell you my aches are better and better, so I do think it was a bug, but again, it has only been 14 months since my explant, so it is expected that I may still be healing from it. Patty told me at 18 months she had a really bad relapse and that after that she stepped up her natural healing and that it has done wonders for her. I will keep you all informed. Guest guest
Well this one was a gift and I like it, I may get another one but like I said it works really well for what I need for now and it is better than none, the next time I get one I may research it more but Like I said this one is great for just juicing veggies and fruits and I think Patty used one of these for a long time as well. Good luck, ----- Original Message ----- From: Angelika Sent: Thursday, February 07, 2002 2:00 PM Subject: Re: Today I saw one of those at Target and those are pretty nice. The only reason I ask about the other ones is that Patty mentioned that with the more advanced models you lose less nutrients. I don't know much about them so that is why I am asking. I do not have one but remember my parents buying a Vita Mix when I was a kid and that thing was expensive but was well worth it. My father still has it. I love the thing, maybe I will look into one of those. I don't know if it is the same thing but it is stainless steel and has a spout at the end and I love making my banana shakes with a lot of ice and a pinch of milk. yum ----- Original Message ----- From: Heer Sent: Thursday, February 07, 2002 3:44 PM Subject: Re: Today I don't have the expensive kind, mine is just a little juice man junior, good enough for now maybe later if I can afford it I will get a better one, for now I think that this is good, at least for me. Guest guest
yumm!!!!!! I love garlic. I put it in the remainder of the olive juice from the Santa Barbara Olive Co. for a day. It takes the edge off and adds a little flavor. Once you eat those olives you will think the regular manzinilla olives are disgusting. The SBO uses sea salt rather than other unnatural stuff to marinate them in. I also love to cut up the garlic and put it in some fresh bread french bread from the bakery at farm fresh and add a little butter... ummmmmm that is good also. ----- Original Message ----- From: Heer Sent: Thursday, February 07, 2002 3:21 PM Subject: Today Hi everyone, well this morning I am doing much better, think I had a touch of the flu or something, but the rest has been good.
