Hello Shuno,

I have the edible kombu in my kitchen, I have a mill which can powder dried

vegetables very well, I think that it can powder Kombu too and I have

soysauce, I must just give it a try now. Do you drink this kombu tea at any

time in the day or is it a moment better than another?

Thanks for your quick answer,

Hi Folks,

I make this tea, it's really easy. You can also

sliver slice the seaweed and steep like other

tea. Then enjoy the seaweed strips (micro-thin)

Please note, do not be far away from a restroom the

next day. It really can clean you out.

Enjoy

Kathann

I haven't met or heard anybody make their own kombucha,

the seaweed tea. We use commercial kind and they are wonderful.

However, I'm so sure you can make your own.

You need edible kombu(makombu-Laminaria japonica),

http://snipurl.com/gj9k

You mill the dried makombu and voila, it's done.

In a mug, you put maybe 2t. of powdered kombu and

pour hot water and a little soysauce and sugar to taste if you wish.

It's simple and easy, full of fiber to cleanse your body.
