Dear Parents and Guardians, Senate Bill 3 will be the largest gift the pharmaceutical companies have ever received.at the expense of the vaccine-injured and other Americans that have reacted poorly to an FDA-approved drug or device. The pharmaceutical industry has millions of dollars, thousands of lobbyists and some lawmakers in DC on their side.but we have the truth. The troubling provisions include: a.. overriding already passed state legislation to ban thimerosal (mercury) from vaccines and prohibit similar bans in other states. b.. restriction of informed consent regarding toxic components of FDA-approved drugs and vaccines,. c.. providing drug and vaccine makers with unprecedented liability protection against civil actions involving FDA-approved products. d.. forcing families into federal court for vaccine-related damages outside the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program usurping states' rights. e.. establishment of a seven-member "Commission" to regulate the vaccine industry allowing drug manufacturers to regulate themselves at the expense of consumer safety. f.. bestowing significant tax credits upon pharmaceutical companies for purchase and/or refurbishment of manufacturing facilities. g.. extension of patents on existing drugs, preventing generic drugs from entering the market.
