Guest guest Posted October 14, 2005 Report Share Posted October 14, 2005 Wow - can you tell me more what you mean when you say " groin spasms " - recently when I have been doing yoga, I have noticed a type of cramping, kind of like a layer of muscles just tightens. When I breath and focus on relaxing it goes away, but it is like a charlie horse cramp that I also occasionally get in my leg / calf.
