Guest guest
Chantal - I meant to add to my other response to your question re: Ca, I am convinced that even when potassium is barely low by blood levels that it STILL causes my muscles symptoms as your body takes stored potassium from any place in the body it can., I have terrible muscle symptoms, i.e twitching, cramps, spasms, etc unless I take K+ daily . Only when my K+ levels are over 4.0, do I feel ok. ( Which usually means 60 Meq potassium daily) What about your magnesium levels ? What are they? I feel alot better taking daily magnesium supplements.
