Guest guest
, This is a hard answer. I have been taking 1000 IU of Vitamin E in one capsule every morning for the last 9 years and it has done wonders for me neuromuscullarly. My Internist, who is familiar with neurological and neuromuscular disorders suggested I start on it then. However, I do not take a Vitamin C supplement - just because I get enough C in my diet for for the CMT and Vitamin C issue, I don't have Type 1A either, and that is the only type so far that had some favorable research done in rodents. Maybe can add her thoughts on E here and others as well. You might also want to check with your Internist on this too. ~ Gretchen
