Vitamin C vs asorbic acid powder my experience

Just a few thoughts:

I tired ascorbic acid powder before I went to vitamin C. I know we're all

different and different things will work, I just want to post the problems I had

with it incase someone wants to try both.

Powder is not time release and I wanted the vitamin C to be in my body for as

long as I could get it to stay in. To me time release is the most important

because with this much vitamin C you can spend most your day peeing.

The powder was hard to measure, it tasted awful. I had to mix it in liquid to

drink it that made me pee even more. I was worried about my esophagus rotting

out of my throat from all the acid. By trial and error I came to love time

release Vitamin C.
