Hi Margret,

When people add tea to the finished brew, doesn't that " cook " the brew

because of the heat? Or do they let the additional teas cool first?

When all else fails, read the instructions.

anything i add is cooled before i add it to the KT. i like to top off a

bottle with pomegranite or cranberry juice.

A little inaccuracy sometimes saves a ton of explanation.

Ron. Is this Cranberry juice the stuff that you get from the

supermarket? And about how much to the litre?

yea, but not the sweetened " cocktail " kind. just plain juice. i like

pomegranate for it's antioxidant properties better.

i've never measured when adding. i use 20 oz. bottles and fill them about

4/5 and then top with juice.
