thank you so much for your offer, I've e-mailed you privately. ;-)

You guys are a very active group! I'm on Digest, and have sat up all night

after work trying to catch up, and copy things that I feel I need to refer

to later on, when I have an actual Kombucha batch brewing. So much to

absorb, and really appreciate the wonderful sharing that everyone with

experience does....
