Hello , If drinking Kombucha took away my hubby's and my desire for alcohol, I don't see why the same should not be true for smoking. Is it you that is afflicted with the bad habit? Graham and I smoked pipe (a life time ago) before Kombucha arrived on the scene. I quit when I got pregnant and my body immediately said no to it. My better half took longer, but in the end worked out the amount of money he would safe by not smoking. Once he took the decision that he would give up, he smoked his last packet and never bought another. He did pray, and we know that God prevented him having even withdrawal symptoms. Hope it will be not too hard for you either. You could try, every time the urge for a smoke comes upon you, to have a drink of Kombucha instead and so retraining the expectation of your body into a healthier channel. All the best in the venture! Guest guest
That is a very interesting question. I would think that if the person you are speaking of really wants to quit smoking and is determined, the tea will help, so will water or anything else. If she is just thinking about it, it's going to take more time for her to get it in her head that she needs to quit. I guess the tea can work the same as a placebo, if the person really believes it will work, it will. The mind is a very complex thing. Judy > Hi, > > just a shot in the dark but thought I'd ask.
