I think ATTITUDE makes all the difference in the world. People have always

said I have a great one.I've learned to laugh at myself and just keep gouing

doing whatever I can do. I also feel it helps other people in relating to me.

If I can't do something it really is ok.

Actually, attitude is very important for anyone whether you are challenged

or not.

Well said Barb. Every now and then we need an attitude adjustment to keep going

in spite of what challenges we may face.

J. Fox who has Parkinsons disease said it well on a late night talk show

(Jay Leno I think). He says we all have a " bag of hammers " to deal with in life.

Hi Gretchen, thanks for writing. I was afraid I was doing this all wrong. It is

nice to be able to talk with others with CMT. Myself and 16 year old daughter

have it. She is doing just fine. She is very active and exercises. My husband

and kids do mountain bike races. I try to do as much exercise as I can. I have

had many problems with my CMT. Ive had surgeries one after another. It would be

nice to get some feed back from others.
