Hi Elaine,

Good to see you posting :) Yes, I work, am self-employed and work from

home, so, my time is flexible. As long as deadlines are met, all is

well. So, in answer to your question, I find time to work out in the

pool shortly after the noon hour. Our PT center is closed from 12 to 2,

so that gives me 2 hours to play around with times in the pool. (The

Fitness Center and PT Center share the 2 pools) As long as no physical

therapy patients are using the pools, then members of our Fitness Center can use

them.

I usually phone ahead about 48 hours to get a date and time reserved, and this

isn't much of a problem, since most people here work out very early morning or

after work at night. Plus on weekends here there is no one at the pools! I have

a personal tentative schedule of Tues., Thurs, and Sat. and if I add another day

it is usually Fri or Sun.

I live 7/10 of a mile from the Fitness Center too, so there's no " travel time "

for a drive in there either.
