Guest guest Posted October 27, 2001 Report Share Posted October 27, 2001 Dear group, Can you assist with helping me find information on nutrition for a female varsity level rower who is a vegetarian (no fish, meat or eggs)? She trains strength x3 / week (currently two circuits and one weights, changes in 3 weeks time to 2 weigths and 1 circuit). She will do 3 water sessions a week, which, in total can be about 3 hours each, and she will do two ergo sessions of 45 -60mins.
