Guest guest
Hi , Why not try a yoga week then - just be careful - it is supposed to be restorative, and yoga can be quite strenous, so try to stick with lighter practices for your " active recovery " week. Just give it a try - as you've said - nothing else made a difference -so why not try this and it is only for a week - not very long in the grand scheme of your workout life! Let us know if you decide to try it. I'm thinking I'm going to do yoga for the rest of the week and then on Sat morning I'm going to do a FIRM or FitPrime/Kickbutt. Sunday will be rest since we'll be away and on Monday I'll pick up where I left off on the rotation calendar - although I'm seriously thinking of inserting a full length yoga practice every third day. I've missed yoga and it is hard for me to get it in unless i make sure to make time for it. Take care, Donna --- fitgrl222@... wrote: > > In a message dated 10/31/2006 6:09:34 A.M.
