Guest guest
Morning everyone, Some of you have been doing this yoga for a while, it sounded interesting so I decided to see if I could get it. I found it and will be trying the first show tomorrow, The Earth Series. Here is the website, I see you can get the first season on DVD which includes 13 episodes. http://www.namaste.tv/index.html Kerry
Guest guest
That's too bad , there is a DVD which I might consider buying if I really like the show. I'd offer to tape it for you, but our VCR isn't working properly, so I'm going to have to record it on the PVR and do the workouts in my living room instead of my exercise room downstairs like I had planned. Kerry this looks really good. I don't think I can get that channel.

Guest guest
Your welcome. I've notice my balance getting much better since working out, especially the balancing postures. Last night I tripped over a power cord at my DH's bosses' house and caught myself, even did some tricky stepping to avoid the rest of the piled up cord. I'm sure I would have landed on the pavement before. Kerry who used to be unbalanced but is getting better. wrote: Thanks for the review, Kerry! My balance could sure use some work. This might be worth picking up! Unbalanced, laura

Guest guest
I've been doing these from FitTV. I love their workouts. I always feel so relaxed afterward. I like that they don't seem to do the same series of exercises that other instructors are doing. After going through yoga certification, I hated that I was expected to go through their choreography and not change it as I felt the flow of energy in order to pass my test. (Thankfully, they aren't watching when I teach! LOL) When I do yoga on my own, I don't think I do a complete sun salutation because I just don't feel it as deeply as I do when I skip around to various poses and let my energy level decide how it flows together. The Namaste workouts seem to flow more like my energy does then the generally accepted vinyasas. Guest guest
I agree, their yoga is so different from other tapes I've tried, a nice change of pace. I like how they have a relaxing breath and flow series before adding on more poses. Kerry Tonya wrote: I've been doing these from FitTV. I love their workouts. I always feel so relaxed afterward.
