For bent rows I used 12 lbs For biceps I used 10 lbs For tricep kickbacks I used 8 lbs For shoulders (I have wimpy shoulders) I used 5 lbs. I would start with 5 lbs for shoulders and triceps starting out this workout, and 8 lbs for chest, back and biceps. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
