Just to clarify - I got up at 4:00, but didn't get out of bed til like 4:20 ish :) By the time I got hydrated and fed the pudders and quickly checked some email it was around 4:45 before I started actually working out! I have so much more energy and discipline for working out in the mornings than after work. Last night at the gym I felt somewhat sluggish which is typical. I think it's because I eat too much during the day and my tummy's a bit on the full side for exercising :/ bright blessings, laura

LOL... when it comes to 4am, hun, 20 mins isnt going to make a

difference to me!

heehee!! recently i had a cat that i called 'puddy tat' (puddy

for short)

if im going to be doing an evening workout, i have to make dinner

for the family but not eat myself, saving it for after the workout.

i too have tried to workout after eating supper and i had no

energy at all, or have felt nauseas.
