Guest guest Posted November 16, 2006 Report Share Posted November 16, 2006 Just to clarify - I got up at 4:00, but didn't get out of bed til like 4:20 ish By the time I got hydrated and fed the pudders and quickly checked some email it was around 4:45 before I started actually working out! I have so much more energy and discipline for working out in the mornings than after work. Last night at the gym I felt somewhat sluggish which is typical.
