Glad you liked Butts & Guts, it really is a great workout, I also loved every exercise. The bonus abs workout uses the ball and it takes a lot to get my abs sore from ANY ab workout, but this one done it. It is around 15 minutes long and she does lots of different moves using the ball, it is fun!!!

You're being smart not to over do it.

I love this workout too! I love those firewalkers and you are correct, Chalene uses them too. It's just a great lower body workout.

Those firewalkers were pretty much the same as when Chalene uses them in lower body turbo jam, right? Only Chalene justs goes back and forth more instead of after 4 steps. I am a huge Cathe fan, unfortunately, I am not quite ready for her

workouts, just yet. I can't wait to get there again. So glad you

Wow! This sounds like a good workout Darcy. It's been getting good reviews from everyone. Glad your back held out. Hope things go well with Kim tonight.

What kind of workout did you do on your bosu?

I do a variety of different moves / combos on it that I threw together myself, some stuff is the same that you would do on a step...like jumping jacks on and off the bosu... bunny hops on it, lunges off it..etc.. It doesn't take much to get the heart rate up on a bosu.

Anyway, I had my first session with my new client and it went well. The assessment took an hour, so i spent another 30 minutes and we did a 30 minute bosu workout. She loved it :) I'm so wore out though, just like said. It's 6:40 and I have Kim coming at 7:00 for another 90 minute session, then I have to take the sitter home..ugh........ bed is going to feel good tonight!

I bet it doesn't take much to get your heart rate up on a bosu, those things look tricky. Have you used both sides?

Yes, I've used the other side for planks.. I think that's about it.Yes, bed was good...grr.. However my boys didn't go to sleep until 9:30 as well. I got up at 6 to workout and 30 minutes later my youngest was awake, so I only got a 35 minute workout in..grr... I hope to find some time later today for another, but it will be hard to find.

Too bad your workout was interrupted. I guess when we have children we have to face the fact that sometimes things just don't get done. My girls are teenagers and they still interrupt me. LOL! The oldest needs to talk and wants to go for a coffee, etc. I really don't mind. I want to be there for my girls and enjoy them for as long as I can while there in the same city.
