Vertical Jump Norms and Goals

I know this has been asked before but do any of you have any

normative data on vertical jump scores for a variety of athletes?

Also I was wondering what kind of goal would be realistic for my

vertical jump. it currently stands at 52cm. I am 6'6 80kg, 12%BF

and 19 years old. I have an ectomorphic body as you can probably

tell from my above stats. My main sport is Ultimate frisbee which

involves a lot of jumping so I would like to improve this aspect of

my game. I was wondering what would be an appropriate long term goal

for my VJ given a few more bits of info.

E.g. I'm just coming back from a back injury so I'd expect some

initial improvement from simply going out and playing my sport

(jumping) and according to the formula in supertraining reducing my

BF% to about 7% would give me roughly a 60cm VJ if everything else

stayed the same. My absolute leg strength is woeful as I would

predict my 1RM in the parallel squat to be around 50-55kg.

I realise that it is nigh on impossible to accurately predict what my

potential is but given this info what do you think might be a

realistic goal in say 2-4yrs of effective training? Would 80cm be realistic?

Can anybody give me any ideas as to what kind of improvement they

have witnessed in people and if possible over what time period?

My initial guess would be that given my current leg strength I have a

lot of improvement ahead of me but how much I don't know.

I look forward to any responses!!!
